「晩秋の甲州ぶどう」
2020年の11月に、山梨を訪れ、偶然奇跡的に手に入れることができた「甲州ぶどう」、「ブラック3尺」、「ウィンク」を、あらかじめ買っておいた美しいクリスタルのバカラの器と共に描いた作品。制作日数3日を要し、新しいアトリエで完成させました。
このバカラのガラスの器は、横幅50㎝はあります。そこに葡萄を垂れ下がるほどにたくさん盛り付けたらきっと綺麗だろうと思い、お店の葡萄をあるだけ買って帰ることにしました。
赤紫という単色に拘り、濃淡だけで3種類の葡萄を描き分けるという構想が浮かび、甲州ぶどうをうっすらと淡色で描くことで、独特の甲州ぶどうの風合いを表現しようと試みました。
バカラに甲州ブドウと共に盛り付けた濃い色目の「ブラック三尺」と中央右の「ウィンク」とのコントラストを楽しんで頂きたいと思っています。
ブドウの皮表面の粉を吹いたような状態をブルーム現象と言い、完熟、つまり食べごろのサインです。
最も美しい紅葉ベストシーズンに山梨を訪れることができ、そして、美しい富士山の絶景を見ることもでき、また、勝沼ワイナリーでワインのテイスティングツアーにも参加しとても有意義な休暇となりました。
そんな山梨の旅行の思い出として描いた「晩秋の甲州ぶどう」です。
（画面右端にある黄色いタワーは、キャンドルです。今は閉店して存在していないようですが、F.O.Bの商品だと思います。）

Koshu Grapes in Late Autumn
I visited Yamanashi in November 2020, and by chance I was able to miraculously got three types of"Koshu Grapes", which I painted together with a beautiful crystal Baccarat vessel.It took me 3 days to complete it in my new studio.
The Baccarat glass vessel is about 50 cm wide. I thought it would be beautiful to put so many grapes in it that they would hang down, so I decided to buy as many grapes as I could at the store.
The idea of using a single color, reddish purple, and different shades of grapes came to mind, and I tried to express the unique texture of the three types of Koshu grape by painting it in a light color.
I visited Yamanashi during the best season of autumn leaves and was able to see the beautiful view of Mt.FUJI.
I drew this "Koshu Grapes in Late Autumn" as a memory of my trip to Yamanashi.
